Conference trip

The house isnt in the best of shape, reminds me of apartments I rented in college. It wasnt in the best of neighborhoods either, but i never felt unsafe. A few quirks with some things. The check in process was easy enough, as well as, the checkout. I feel it might have been priced a bit high.

Adorable house!

Tolisha was a wonderful host!! When we had a question she got back to us within 5 minutes. She made us feel welcomed with personal touches all over the house. We had a great weekend!

poor neighborhood

The house was located in a very low touristic neighborhood and we had concerns about our security. It was also a 1h40 car trip from the beach.

Sister’s Weekend

We unfortunately had to cancel our stay at the last minute due to an unforeseen situation. While we understand the cancellation policies are in place, we were disappointed that we weren’t able to recover any of the fees or receive a refund, even partial.We reached out to the owner to explain the circumstances, and while the communication was clear and professional, we had hoped for a bit more flexibility or understanding given the situation. We sent two messages but didn't even hear back from the owner. Additionally, the listing said, “Hidden Gem in the City,” and it is not in the city. It is in a “high crime” neighborhood on the outskirts of the city, sadly. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to stay at the property, it looked lovely in the listing, and we were really looking forward to it. Be sure to carefully review the cancellation policy before booking, as there doesn’t appear to be much room for exceptions
