"We loved the house and the location. Very centrally located for visiting the sights of Richmond. The backyard was an urban oasis. Property was clean and well appointed. Only issue was that the door code was not given out until the day of check in contrary to the norms for VRBO (which is usually 3 days before check in). As leader of our happy family this made me look for alternatives - hotels etc. - as a bail out as opposed to enjoying the wedding we were attending. Maybe I'm a nervous...
