Be secluded but within a short drive of the many cultural and natural attractions of this beautiful area. This lovely 3 BR, 3BA home has views of hills, gardens and trees visible from all windows throughout the house and from the screened porch and terrace. The cozy window seat is a favorite spot to see the views, distant and near, of Berkshire Hills and birds and trees. The property has multiple beautiful gardens in bloom throughout the summer and fall. Walk from the end of the driveway on "the loop", a 4 mile route on dirt roads taking you through field and forest. You may see porcupines, turkeys or fox; you may hear the Piliated Woodpecker. You are 15 minutes from Tanglewood and downtown Lenox and Stockbridge, MA. Richmond Pond, apple orchards, historic estates and hiking are nearby. Great Berskhires food scene!
This is an "upside down" house with bedrooms and 2 baths on the lower level. Two rooms have sliding doors to the outdoors.

Do not use the indoor fireplaces. There is an outdoor firepit available for use in the driveway. We will leave some firewood for your enjoyment.
RECYCLING Richmond has town recycling. Under the "peninsula" in the kitchen, you will find a bin each for paper/carboard and plastic/glass/cans.
GARBAGE Garbage goes under sink. When full, please tie and place outside in storage compartment attached to house in front of the kitchen window
