Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home located in Ashland, Va. Fully fenced in back yard. YMCA, library, & parks with in walking distance. 1.3 miles from Randolph Macom College, 9 miles from King dominion, 14 miles to Richmond Raceway, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, sports bars, and stores with-in 3 miles. This home is located in a quiet & safe family neighborhood. NO PETS No smoking, if evidence of smoking marijuana or tobacco in/on premises there will be a additional Fee of $300.00 Charged NO PARTIES OR "GATHERINGS"

We needed a place for the week as close as possible to Randolph Macon college, this was the most perfect, cozy home. We enjoyed our stay there. House was perfect size, nice and cool during the hot summer week. The house was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone anytime. Our host Heather was very responsive and helped set up everything that was needed.

Comfortable House

Overall we had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable with good amenities. The location was perfect for visiting King's Dominion. I was worried when I received emails from VRBO a few days before my trip but they didn't include check-in information. It was difficult to contact Heather through VRBO messaging, but once she called and texted me the communication improved. She was able to explain that she would text me the door code once the cleaners had finished at the property and it was ready for check in and that is exactly what happened.

Only 3 stars because the pillows are disgustingly old and flat. I had to go buy my own pillows at Kohl’s because I could not do it lol. Very bad window coverings. They need to invest in blindsBut other than that the kitchen was clean and updated.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

This home was lovely and perfect for our family to stay in after a day at Kings Dominion. Everything was very clean and there were even snacks if we needed. The manager was very communicative. Highly recommend.
