"Our stay with our 2 kids was compromised because the fold out bed they used was very poor. It was unevan and bumpy. Even after asking the staff to take a look where they suggested adding an additional mattres, they never actually put an extra mattress in. Our stay was too short to make a further complaint. The lockers in the male changing rooms also didnt work and the sauna and steam room are separate for male and female guests so makes it difficult if you want to use the facilities as a family or even as a couple."

"The hotel is attached to the stadium and we stayed there on a game day, so it was busy and there was a lot of security. The hotel itself was fine, but for the price it could have been better. The lobby is under refurbishment and so there was really no lobby area while we were there. The finishes in the room look worn and could do with a refresh. The bathroom was not so great. The shower head was broken and water was coming out of the handle so you did not get the full amount at the shower head. The toilet did not flush well at all. We had another room in the other tower and that one was much nicer, but for the price of the room, I definitely expected more. "

"All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated , the bedrooms are a little bijou, a few more amenities in the room are necessary, a place to sit and style your hair, the hairdryer supplied has just enough lead to see in the full length mirror, or you have to stamd outside of the bathroom. A box of tissues is needed, and a fridge with complimentary water. All throughout the hotel was very clean, but unfortunately there is a problem with drainage, when you first enter your bedroom, you can smell the drains, , friends of ours had to move rooms because it was very strong in theirs. The breakfast room was very pleasant, pleanty of choice for bread and pastries, the cooked selection was ok, but the fried eggs were always over cooked and looked likee they had been there a long time, food just about warm. The cold meats were not good quality either, packet ham, same as the cheese. The cereals were very awkward to get to, as there were jars of seeds in front of them, coffee machine on side and the tinned fruit selection to tje other, this area definitely needed some extra space. You are a short walk to the circle line, and around a 10-15 minute walk to.Picadilly line."
