"Stayed for 6 nights. Check in was fairly smooth process, be prepared for a holding fee to your card for each night you stay. The hotel charge you a tourist tax fee which they then give you a $20 daily allowance to spend at the cafe next door or at the bar which is nice, though we only used this twice. Also the hotel partner with another company and offer free tickets to a ferry ride to see the Statue of Liberty, which are valued at $49. We were very excited by this but ultimately left...

"The hotel was really understaffed. Check-in took 45 minutes plus. Getting anything brought to the room such as ice or extra towels would require a two hour wait. That being said the HOTEL bar was fantastic and the cocktails were delicious and the bartenders were wonderful."

"There was no breakfast. Bad coffee downstairs. Everything we needed but Very small space. If you are large/tall I would not book here. Slim pickings amenities wise.."
