"The valet experience was pitiful. Those guys are all high smoking pot and are barely intelligible.we asked for our car to be ready and waited the expected 30 Lin only to be told that we called the wrong number. My husband showed them the number we called. They had just ignored us and we had to wait another 30 min for the car. After we finally got our car we then recirv a text that our car is ready and we should come down for it. The sub-par breakfast, my phone nit working and broken lamp all led to my low rating. They took my husbands credit card and somehow his info was stolen and we have had to cancel the card."

The staff is generally attentive, but they did forget to offer me the water bottles that they offered all HH members There was normally one person for check in and luggage pickup, creating a wait.
