"Staff is friendly and can also speak english. Property and rooms are always very clean. Food options are ok but drink options are great. Shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Always a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"

"Gorgous view of the mountains, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. You can buy tickets for the Zugspitze at the front desk and pay for the tickets at check out. The location isn't ideal for walking with luggage from the train station. Its about a 30 minute walk. However they will give you a city card for the bus network. Very happy with our experience and would happily stay again. "

"We stayed one night in September 2024. Room 286 has a balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains. Geraniums line the deck railing. The room is beautifully designed with plenty of space for your things and it is very well lit. Above the usual care was taken with the lighting, the ceiling painted detail above the bed and the photograph mural on one wall. The best room we have stayed in on this three week trip. Dinner was buffet - it was good with plenty of choice. Breakfast is served in the same restaurant overlooking the lake. Very nice hotel. "
