"The room is gorgeous, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom is light and airy. However, there are only two wall heaters in this vaulted ceiling space. The room was ice cold. I don’t think the temperature ever got above 60 degrees inside. The outside temperature at Glenwood Springs was around 12 degrees at night. The apartment is awesome but the heating issue is a serious problem."

"I didn’t ask for hotel! I wanted a VRBO. Until I got to Glenwood springs I looked for a warm cozy Vrbo. Place to open the windows, cook and relax….. Why it was never mentioned that it was a hotel??????"

The location was perfect to walk into town, the hospitality and kindness of the host Derek was appreciated, the options for food and drinks on the main floor were plentiful, and my room/bathroom was clean/comfortable/safe/well-stocked. I’m already trying to figure out how to get back up to Glenwood Springs and stay here again!"
