Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Very central location and parking wasn’t far away and not expensive. Breakfast was superb quality. Only downside was our room was a little small and don’t have tea/coffee making facilities

Great location and excellent breakfast to start the day !
The breakfast included with the room was absolutely amazing. There were so many options and everything was delicious. Best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time!
The staff were very nice and helpful at check in. We were early so they stored our bags while we explored the town. Room has a nice view looking out over the water (7th floor). Room is spacious with large balcony.
We found hotel in good condition from years of staying with them we found it needs some update especially carpet in room 711
Staff was friendly but not anything out of the ordinary
One thing that made our stay very pleasant was the dinner food snd service in hotel Kamov restaurant. We recommend the hotel but don’t expect anything out of ordinary
Great location in the heart of Rijeka near the Korzo street - a car traffic free zone dedicated for pdestrians. The area is very vibrant with plenty of stores restaurants, cafes and events. A favorit gathering place for local and tourists. Overall the room was okay but for a 4-star hotel the amenities and bathroom could be a bit better. In addition, outlets were a bit strange (not standard) and limited and no usb hookups. Hotel score 4/5, location 5/5.
The room was clean and bed was nice. The room was not updated and the shower was older. awkward to move the panels around so you wouldn’t get water all over the room. Breakfast buffet was well stocked.
This is a beautiful hotel with an interesting and long history. The breakfast was absolutely the best you could ever wish for.
The room was upscale, clean and comfortable.
The staff all spoke English and were very professional.
The only negative was a neighboring disco party that went to 1 o’clock in the morning we could hear the music in our room. I don’t think that’s the fault of the hotel, but it’s something to be aware of.

A bit disappointing. I can tell the hotel put money in the common areas but neglected the rooms. Our room had a very uncomfortable bed (very very firm), the walls could use new paint touch up (scratches, marks, scuffs, dirt and grime in many spaces) because it looked dirty, the carpet in the hallways and room had bad odor and looked bad, the main bathroom light did not function, multiple switches and outlets did not work (every time I tried the switch the fuses in box tripped even when nothing was in outlets). It’s a great location of a hotel and the staff are excellent, however we were not comfortable with our stay.

The staff at the front desk did not ask us at the check out if we had a pleasant stay, did not wish us a safe trip... I feel that they have some room to grow when it comes to customer service. Also, their dining room service was very slow, the tables were not set up in a timely manner for their next guests. You had to almost set it yourself-no utensils, napkins. They did not attend to their guest to make sure that all of their needs were met. This is our second year coming to the hotel and little if anything has improved. It was the cleaning service staff who thanked us for our visit and extended their wishes for our safe journey.
