"False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!"

"Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner."

"The hotel lobby and public spaces are great, they have an amazing pool and spa, breakfast was good, but not on time, my biggest problem was with the rooms, the rooms are very old have stained carpets, the tub is difficult to get in and out of, there is absolutely no air-conditioning, it’s a centrally controlled air system so you don’t really have any control over how hot or cold it gets. The window does open, but it’s on a very busy street so expect lots of noise."

"We enjoyed our 5 day stay. The room was small but well designed. The bed was very comfortable and the large balcony was perfect with beautiful views. The cool pool was not open while we were there but the large warm pool and two small hot ones were nice, as well as the steam room and dry sauna. The breakfast was good and many dishes from the restaurant were as well. With that said, some dishes lacked flavor like the pasta and a sandwich was not edible.
