"It’s difficult to give this hotel a higher rating as we had to wait just under 2 hours for our room to be ready (after the check in time of 4pm). To be told 30 min and it taking 1hr 45min is not a great way to start the visit there. Otherwise the hotel room was lovely, the pool was refreshing, the hot tub was looking off color, and there wasn’t a coffee set up in the room (you had to pay for coffee in the lobby, that’s a first).
