"The public areas (eg, driveway, lobby, lifts) and rooms were always clean and tidy. The staff were beyond helpful, both at the front desk, the concierge, and housekeeping. The buffet breakfast was terrific. The decor in the rooms is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"This hotel was beyond our expectations. From the welcome every time we stepped into the property to the moment we left, the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The terrace room has a private hot tub that is on the entire day and cleaned periodically. The renovation is very luxurious for the room. We found it convenient to get a rideshare into the old city and nimman area where we spent most of our visit. The surrounding area is also very walkable with lot if spas, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants."

"Staff were welcoming and friendly from the outset. The room was lovely and clean with a gorgeous outlook and the beds were really comfortable. So many options for breakfast - it was hard to choose. There were also plenty of dining options nearby and you could easily walk to many key sites."
