Summa sumarum, eigentlich von der Lage her top aber für ein angebliches 4 Sterne Hotel, miserabeler Service beim Frühstück, geht gar nicht. Bei verlassen des Hotels alles angesprochen, leider falsche Reaktion vom Manager. Zwar Bedauern ausgesprochen aber Profi Hotels reagieren mit entsprechender Kompensation, wenn Leistungen nicht oder falsch erbracht werden.

The information about the hotel is not accurate. The hotel is very old. Very far from a 4 stars. No parking but they say they have a parking and charge you 15 Euro to park in the road in small places. If they would have said that they do not have a parking we would choose an other one. Breakfast very poor bad service and bad offer. No bacon. Staff impolite the manager left his car at the entrance so clients cannot enter. All the staff is not polite if you ask a towel they ask you 10 euro cash deposit (never seen in my life).The hotel is not beach front as in Rimini in the beach there are some baracks that block the view and the acess (unless you give them cash). For sure this hotel if rated now would not even get two stars.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Top Lage, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt (ca. 700 m von öffentlichem Strand). Frühstück hervorragend mit einem schönen Ambiente, Zimmer mit Balkon - genug gross für drei Personen. Jeden Tag waren Handtücher gewechselt und Zimmer gereinigt. In der Nähe gab es viele Restaurants , Bars, Cafés . Große Parkplatz oder Parkplätze direkt am Hotel vorhanden - 15€/Tag. Pool für Schwimmer, kein Problem eine Liege zubekommen . Sehr nette und freundliche Hotel Mitarbeiter.

Aufenthalt war ziemlich perfekt. Direkt am Strand, Lage perfekt im Zentrum und super Personal. Alleine das Badezimmer könnte besser in Stand gehalten sein und vielleicht die Farbe an der Decke des Balkons. Auch die Corona-Maßnahmen sind perfekt umgesetzt. Super Betten und Fenster, die den Lärm gänzlich abhalten.

Personnel très très sympathique, serviable et qui a même fait l’effort de nous parler en français. La chambre est propre, changement du linge quotidien avec une décoration typiquement italienne mais un peu vieillotte. Vue sur la mer, un plus ! Bémol sur la porte de la salle de bain qui bloquait et grinçait à chaque ouverture/fermeture. Le petit déjeuner est top, complet, bien servi et il y a du choix. La piscine n’est pas grande mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir et pour occuper les enfants. Salle de sport propre et plutôt complète. Hôtel bien situé, bord de mer, entouré de restaurants. 2ème bémol : le parking à quelques mètre de l’hôtel. Compter 15€ par jour en supplément.

Buon hotel. Check in veloce e socievole. Camera gradevole (de luxe) anche se un po piccola ma silenziosa. Il ristorante per la colazione è spettacolare con la vista sul mare, ma un po datato con la moquette che non si può tollerare. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno, nulla di eccezionale.

Eccezionale struttura

Struttura in pieno centro e direttamente fronte spiaggia. Camere grandi e soprattutto estremamente pulite, personale molto cortese, preparato e molto attento al cliente. Ma la cosa più importante è che la struttura è assolutamente pet friendly. Abbiamo soggiornato con due cani senza rilevare il benché minimo problema. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
