"We (a family of six) have just spent a week at Via Montescudo, 126 and had a fabulous time. The house is great, plenty of room and charming throughout. The jewel in the crown is the swimming pool, of course - we spent many a happy hour in the water, on the sunbeds and chilling in the cabin. Then there is the town of Rimini itself, which was a revelation to us: wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, buildings, streets - it has it all. We found the simplest way to get to it from number 126...

"We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

"Non entro nel merito del fatto che la struttura fosse interamente occupata quando ci siamo presentati dopo aver regolarmente pagato e prenotato 15 giorni prima del nostro arrivo. Può capitare a tutti di sbagliare, e in un periodo di grande affluenza turistica può capitare di incappare in un overbooking. Quello che però non ho davvero tollerato l'indifferenza del proprietario che, piuttosto che cercare di trovare una soluzione dopo aver lasciato a piedi 6 ragazzi che si erano fatti 300km, ha...

"Par où commencer ? La réservation en ligne, la communication avant le séjour, l'échange de mails, de messages, notre arrivée, l'accueil de Mr Guido, nickel ! parfait ! La villa est spacieuse, bien située, au calme et non loin du circuit moto de Misano ce qui était une de nos volontés. La cuisine, pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent en profiter; cuisiner et ne pas aller au restaurant tous les jours, n'est absolument pas adaptée pour autant de personnes. Tout au plus je dirais 4. La terrasse est...

"La casa è molto comoda con ampi spazi, dovrebbe essere solo manutenuta un po’ meglio e essere fornita di qualche accessorio in più , perché è davvero una casa carina in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal mare, vicinissima alla zona pedonale ma appena fuori dal rumore del centro. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene."
