Private home: 3 bedrooms w/ king beds, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor dining, Bocce Court, Full kitchen, BBQ, advanced internet setup w/ multiple ISP's, Smart TV, private 15x25’ pool, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, washer & dryer. Linens, sheets & bath items provided. Walk to Steps Beach & restaurants. The house is equipped with solar in the event of a power outage. It also has well water so that there will never be a water outage at the house. A/C & ceiling fans in every room.



The Space:

This privately owned house is centrally located, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meal preparation a breeze. Please take a short walk through our organic garden to get to Steps Beach, where you can enjoy world-class snorkeling or surfing.



This house sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 guests.

Getting Around:

You can easily walk to many restaurants, bars and food trucks as well as the center of town. Also within walking distance are manet activities such as horse back riding, sailing, paddle boarding, surfing, fishing, and scuba diving.



Other Things to Note:

The house is located on road 413 and there can be some roadside noise in the front of the house.

The house has solar power and well water so there will never be a water outage.



We reserve the right to cancel/limit bookings based on number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-5 days)

We are located on the western point of the island.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.



To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.
