Directly on beautiful Sandy Beach, Rincon known for its great swimming (when swell is minimal), breathtaking sunsets, and exciting weekend nightlife. Step out your door onto large decks and a private back yard, infinity pool, beach access.

Please note that the ocean is ever changing. While some days are calm and great for swimming others can be very rough with strong currents. If in doubt don’t go out…or ask us!

The unobstructed view of Aguadilla Bay makes the second or third story deck a great place to sip your morning coffee while planning your day. Start out on the beach at the house and walk the gorgeous shoreline for miles! After that exercise, lunch and a cocktail at one of the local beach bars can be guilt free! Sandy Beach is known for world famous “Tamboo” just a short walk down the beach. With occasional live music, the area fills with excitement so be ready for a good time. With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen, Seas the Day can accommodate your large group comfortably. We have supplied everything you could need and a property manager is only a phone call away should you have any questions. All bed linens and towels are supplied. *House is split into three units connected by an external staircase- Downstairs: two bedrooms(first bedroom one queen, second bedroom one twin and one full), living room, dining, full kitchen, bathroom. Downstairs has large sliding glass doors which open to deck and pool area from living room. Second floor: three bedrooms(first bedroom one queen, second bedroom one queen, third bedroom one full and one twin), living room, kitchenette, bathroom. Second floor also has large deck from living room.Third floor penthouse suite is a fully equipped 1 bedroom suite, absolutely gorgeous. Walk in shower, bath tub, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer etc etc etc! AMAZING views to Aguadilla bay and beyond.

Sandy Beach is a happening area with a number of local bars/restaurants and gift shops all within walking distance.

The entire house is yours!

We know your vacation time is special! We respect your space and privacy but we are here if you should need any assistance.

Sandy beach has many options (bars/restaurants, gift shops etc) within walking distance so no need to travel too far. But, if you want to go to the main town of Rincon, it's just a short drive (5-7 min).

Note, the pool is cleaned twice a week, if you need an additional clean during your stay just let us know!
