"Gotta give a shout out to the staff first. I requested extra pillows ahead of time and when we arrived to check in, they were already there. Later, when I mentioned my husband's bad back and said that we would appreciate (if possible) an extra mattress pad, they were extremely helpful and accommodating with what they had.
