"We arrived at 2:00pm but could not check in, so we left and came back later. We were hoping to be able to walk more into town but didn’t feel comfortable enough. The area just outside was a little dicey. The parking for every attraction and restaurant is terrible. The hotel was nice. The room was pretty clean. We had a balcony but only one chair in the room that would have to be moved outside. I reserved this type of room to be able to use the balcony. We asked for chairs for the balcony but could not get them. We canceled the maid service because they had not come to our room after 3pm and we wanted to relax before going out. The breakfast was more than adequate and the room was nice."

"Good value for what I paid for the room. Although it was brought to my attention prior to check in, I did not realize that I was charged a nominal fee for parking at the hotel. It was $ 12.00. $ 12 per day at the site is probably OK since the hotel is near downtown. Still a decent value for what I needed and will more than likely stay there again if I return."

"The stay was wonderful and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much they only down side to the whole stay is that it was difficult to enjoy the pool and hot tub because of everyone letting there kids act like fools and jump on everyone."

"Overall it was a brilliant place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings are quite unique and tasteful. Couple of things keep me from giving it five stars: Parking appeared to be ample so I don't know why they have to charge $20 a day for it. Plain ordinary coffee in the morning ought to be free not $3 a cup. There really isn't a comfortable place to watch TV from the room because it doesn't swivel. Little things like that are what add to a stay and allow me to say it was over the top. Fix those things and that's where you'll be. All that being said if we were to return to Chattanooga and want to stay near the downtown area I would stay here again."
