quiet mountainous, leafy area above city-- halfway up missionary ridge with good views when trees are leafless


duplex style building. apartment  in basement is occupied by onsite host who can answer all questions and help with any issue. there are no shared spaces or connections between host and guest living space or outdoor deck areas.

Cute, spacious home

We had a great stay at this home. We stayed in winter, so the views of the mountains from the back deck were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the grill area. The house felt quite spacious and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The host was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay there again in the future.

Cute place

Just stayed one night while pass through. It was very clean, love the simple decor. It had a faint smell of an old house. Other than that it's a really cute place.

Beautiful Deck -Felt like you are in the Mountains

Lovely home with an incredible decking with Fire Pit, Lighting, and dining area. Very close to downtown Chattanooga restaurants and night life! Great place to relax and host was very friendly and accommodating. 👍

Great place to stay!

The property was as described. Great outdoor space to hang out and watch the squirrels. We had an issue with the AC but the host quickly returned our call and got it taken care of. This is a great place to stay!

Weekend getaway

Great vacation rental!

The property was beautiful! It was very clean, very comfortable, and I loved the peacefulness of the home. Very relaxing. The host was easy to contact and accommodating! It was close to all the places we wanted to visit and exactly what we wanted!

Pretty Location

Great view. We only stayed overnight, so didn’t get a chance to explore. This house is in a neighborhood, so if you’re looking for someplace out of the way, this wouldn’t be for you.

Great place to stay!

The property was clean & well stocked with everything we needed. The host was great to reply to any questions. We enjoyed the deck and gas fire pit. If you are coming in at night after dark ask for detailed instructions on how to find the back of the house. It can be a little confusing. We didn’t have any trouble with following his directions rather than the GPS. We would definitely stay again.

With small kids, not a safe deck as it has clothesline wires.Sunroom windows, very hard to close. Missing CO/ smoke alarm. No futon as listed, It was sofa.

Restful and Restorative

We needed a place for quiet and rest following a Family Funeral. The property and accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location was a little confusing, but I'm unsure how you could explain it any better. It just took us some time to figure out where to park since it was our first visit. Creamer and sugar for coffee would have been greatly appreciated, but we loved our stay! Really no complaints. Thanks so much!

No one told it was 14 steps up if you're + 65 it's hard to get up also the smell was bad had to buy spray and candles neighborhood was not very good

Our experience.

We chose this property for the views and outdoor space. Sunsets were so beautiful over the mountains. Over all would recommend this property. Things we noticed during our stay that we recommend host adds. All 3 smoke detectors and fire extinguisher were missing from the property. We recommend laundry detergent so we could wash the towels as we stayed 3 nights. We found white dog hair on the couch. The dishes were not the most clean. But for the price we were satisfied.

Super Quiet with a nice mountain view

House- it was older but nice and decorated beautifully. The view was amazing and the place was super quiet. It did have an older smell in the sunroom but it's not overwhelming in the rest of the house. The sunroom did have stink bugs so I couldn't sit in there. For the most part, the stink bugs stayed in the sunroom. Only two wondered outside into the kitchen. Host- He seemed nice and was responsive.Cleanliness- Wasn't good.I had to clean the toilets, sinks, tub, microwave, and a portion of the fridge in order to use any of these places. I'm not happy about that at all since my purpose for traveling was to relieve my injuried body of all forms of work for a few days. There was seemed like dog & human kinds of hair and other forms of debris EVERYWHERE! And it was very dusty. The host offered to send the cleaner back to clean but it was the day after I had arrived and would have been on my only full day at the property. In addition to the fact that I had already cleaned in order to use these places. Overall, it would not have been a bad place to stay if it was actually professionally & skillfully cleaned.
