"Locared in commercial area at back edge of town. Only shopping is Aldi and REWE market many blocks away. No public transportation in vicinity. This hotel is for indepentent travelers who want basic , inexpensive lodging, and have a vehicle for transportation. I personally would stay here again. "

The property is perfectly located in the center of Darmstadt, right in the market area, and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants offering Turkish, Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Halal cuisine. The payment and check in process was not typical for VRBO - it was run by a third party agency for the owner, and you had to check a confirmation email sent by them at time of booking to get the owner's contact info and arrange payment. I didn't have the confirmation email sent six months prior handy when I tried to check...
