"The space was lovely with wonderful views of the cathedral and buildings of Old San Juan. The location can’t be beat as it is located within walking distance of everything one would want to see or do in Old San Juan. The Plaza de Armas was just around the corner with a fountain, occasional musicians, and our favorite outdoor coffee shop. "

"This place has everything you need to have a super comfortable stay in Puerto Rico! They thought of everything!! We enjoyed the patio and being able to travel to old San Juan/pretty beaches super easily. Neighborhood is super quiet which is really lovely -- I can't recommend this place enough!! "

"It smell really clean when I first walked in. I was comfortable and I felt like it was my personal apartment. It had all the essentials from cleaning supplies to dinnerware. Appreciate the historic building. It will take you back in time when you step out on the balcony. "

"The location of the property is perfect ig you are looking to stay in a central local of old San Juan. The downside is that you hear everything that is going on out on the streets , so 2am 3am don’t be surprise if you hear yelling or people standing right outside your door smoking and the smell seeps right in. Feels as if they were smoking right inside the apartment. But certain things you can’t control. "

"Overall we liked the apartment, but there we some issues that I think people should know. Good: --Location is great. --outdoor space was nice to have. As expected, there is not any good view, but the air is nice.--kitchen is nice--the king bed is very comfortable--had no issues at all with outside noise other than what should be expected in a town with tight roads. In fact, the back bedrooms are very quiet except for some occasional noise from the central courtyard. Bad--the spiral staircase...

"The perfect starting point for exploring OSJ, on the east end. 4 flights of stairs led to a gated floor, and it felt authentic Spanish colonial to stay in such a lovely place with connecting yet private rooms from the main area to bedroom to bathroom and kids' bunkroom. We loved the place and location. The only drawback was, despite frequent check ins by the managers, the Keurig coffeepot wouldn't work and it wasnt offered to be fixed/replaced during our 3 night stay, which was really important...

"Front desk staff was wonderful at check in and throughout our one night stay. Open bar was also a really nice amenity. I was able to find parking for our rental car a couple of blocks away so parking was not a problem for us. I expected the family room (think it’s called deluxe) to have a little more privacy and separation based on the photos, but it wasn’t a big issue since we were only there one night. We enjoyed the rooftop sitting area as well. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "
