Entire place was like a giant storyteller, the ancients buildings and its exhibitions brought you back a thousand years. A beautiful garden and courtyard with partially existing cloister ….. the hotel location also very close to the Portuguese only national park, Peneda-Gerês National Park, not far from Braga. Ideal location between Portugal and Spain! "

"Beautiful setting, views of the lake. Nice filling breakfast, we enjoyed thr bacon and scrambled eggs. The room was clean and almost lole ti was brand new. The espresso machine in the room was a welcoming treat. "
