The whole State of Rio de Janeiro is almost bankrupted due to corrupted politicians but if you have to go to Volta Redonda, I recommend this hotel. It is very central and easy to get around. It is close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is delicious and the staff very friendly and professional. "
