I liked how the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the clients. The breakfast is impressively good. The pool was actually very enjoyable. NOW, the neighborhood might disappoint when you arrive, but its people are great. I recommend a restaurant near by ( you have to meet Alá there) to take a caipirihna. Everything is close by, pharmacies, beauty parlor, barber shop, attractions, and the beach is just an Uber away. The price fair too. Casa Nova is the SPOT!

The hotel overall was great. The staff are very friendly, easy check in, the room was very clean with all the proper amenities. Breakfast and dinner was really good as well. The location isn't bad and its easy access to Ubers. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.

Casa Nova Hotel was my lighthouse in a storm. They took me in and help me as a weary travel who had just lost their nonexistent VRBO. Because that is exactly what happened. My lack of speaking very much português was another great way that they helped me. I would highly recommend them.

La situation n’est pas idéale car le quartier de Lapa est assez dangereux. La rue est très très bruyante toute la nuit. La literie est en mauvaise état et les sanitaires assez vieux… Un hôtel pour des jeunes qui veulent faire la fête mais pas pour des familles recherchant le confort.

Estava quase tudo impecável. Funcionário bem receptíveis. Os quartos estavam todos limpos… forros de cama e toalhas super limpos. Já fico neste hotel à um bom tempo, mas sinto muito em falar: o café da manhã já não é mais o mesmo. Caiu muito de qualidade. Tirando minha ressalva sobre o café da manhã, que não era assim, e tendo em visto que mudou das últimas minhas hospedagens… com certeza eu indico!!! Gosto muito, e vou vulgar outras vezes.
