Fácil acesso ao Rio Centro, excelente em localização pra quem precisa participar de um evento no local. Tudo limpinho, bem conservado. O quarto em si era bom! O anúncio informou que tinha café e na hora soubemos que não estava incluso, foi bem constrangedor ter que ouvir que não tinham nenhuma informação sobre o café. O quarto estava sem internet, como ficamos bem pouco tempo no quarto, não fez tanta falta, mas não estava funcionando.

A administradora do flat nos atendeu de forma péssima por conta de não ter recebido o comprovante de pagamento. Ela foi super grossa e solicitou o pagamento na recepção, sendo que o pagamento já tinha sido realizado. Depois de mais de 20 minutos argumentando com o recepcionista e entrando em contato com a hoteis.com, ela liberou o check in. Nos demais aspectos a estadia atendeu a todos os pontos citados no anúncio.

Bom, meu check-in era às 14:00hs no hotel. Cheguei no Rio de Janeiro as 4:50 da manhã e fiquei esperando o horário pra fazer o check-in, consegui falar com a proprietária do quarto e ela liberou o quarto antes, por volta das 12:20 entrei no quarto. Agradeço! Porém, às informações no anúncio não condiz com a do hotel, as informações das áreas comuns são totalmente diferente do anúncio. Piscina só funciona das 10 as 18h e a academia das 8 as 22h. Piscina não funciona na segunda-feira, sendo assim não consegui usar a piscina, pois na segunda-feira era o único dia que eu iria usar. Fiquei chateada com isso.

Nossa experiência foi muito agradável. o lugar é bem como as fotos e bem próximo do Riocentro, local onde estávamos participando de um evento, mas se você busca por praias este não é o melhor lugar, pois é bem longe dos principais pontos turísticos.

Desorganização

Ao chegar ao quarto, ele estava sem roupa de cama e banho, banheiro sujo. Realmente uma total falta de respeito ao cliente e desorganização de sistemas. Nos alocaram em outra acomodação( solteiro) e no início da noite fomos reconduzidos à acomodação locada por nós, que estava, então, arrumada e higienizada.

Péssima experiência

Apartamento sujo, haviam cabelos pelo chão do quarto , cabelos entupindo a pia do banheiro, cheiro horrível de cigarro no quarto, pia banheiro suja e com pasta de dentes. Além disso o cofre não estava ligado não oferecendo segurança para meus itens de valor. Até tentaram melhorar o cheiro e limpeza do local, mas não foi possível. Hotel distante de tudo. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Alguns pontos a melhorar, as toalhas não são trocadas, portanto uma estadia longa pode ser complicado. Possui frigobar, no entanto você deve comprar fora para abastecer, o hotel não oferece muito suporte como secador de cabelo, troca de roupa de cama e etc. O endereço não é fácil de identificar, ou seja, há dificuldades de entregadores de comida chegarem. No geral foi regular, pelo preço, poderia ser melhor.

Hospedagem excelente e confortável.

Fiquei hospedada com meu marido por uns 5 dias e foi tranquilo, o dono é super atencioso e sempre preciso quando precisamos de ajuda, muito flexível. A hospedagem foi tranquila, não tivemos nenhum problema, o quarto é aconchegante e confortável, chuveiro quente e tem ar condicionado para dias quentes e além de tudo tem uma vista linda com acesso a varanda. O hotel tem piscina, sauna, jacuzzi e academia com boa estrutura, porém não desfrutei deles por ter ido a negócio ao Rio, mas na próxima vamos curtir o máximo, muito gostoso a hospedagem e todos muito simpáticos e precisos. Nota 10.

Fui embora na primeira estadia (mesmo que tenha pago por 3). Atendimento HORRÍVEL, grosseiro, terrível! O hotel (se é que posso chamar assim) tem um quarto ok, mas não é um hotel nunca! Enfim, me senti super mal com o atendimento que preferi me retirar mesmo não tendo reembolso. E valeu muito a pena ir embora! Espero nunca mais precisar voltar.
