The fire alarm went off for about 1-2 hours. I didn't even get to sleep. I stayed for less than one day for the purpose of resting. So if you want to rest, don't come here.

Room was not cleaned, had to ask TWICE when it should have been cleaned without having to ask at all. Asking second time at midnight I was ignored in customer service line for other people to be dealt with and once spoken to had to wait another 30 minutes for rrom to be cleaned

O quarto estava em boas condições e a equipe de limpeza é prestativa. Um pouco desatenta pois não repuseram o shampoo no banheiro por duas vezes que limparam o quarto. Falta de cordialidade no pessoal da recepção e falta de avisos para o serviço de self service das guloseimas oferecidas na recepção. Talheres sujos no café da manhã e falta de opção como um bife ou ovo para o buffet d almoço.
