I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue.

Tudo bem até que o sistema de estacionamento pago, é confuso, tem que esperar manobrista com carro parado em avenida ultra movimentada, com sensação de insegurança. Cabeceira da cama nao tem lugar nem pra deixae um par de oculis e um celular. Muito pequeno, totalmente insatisfatório. Pia do banheiro entupida, so de lavar o rosto, tudo boiando. Péssimo! Escolhi o Novotel Parque Olímpico (02 a 04/10) por confiar na reputação da rede Accor, mas vivi um verdadeiro pesadelo. Paguei R$80,00 pelo estacionamento com manobrista e entreguei as chaves conforme instruído. O carro, alugado e vistoriado pela locadora, estava em perfeito estado. No check-out, percebi que o assoalho do porta-malas havia sido manipulado — o estepe foi furtado. O furto ocorreu enquanto o carro estava sob responsabilidade do Novotel. As câmeras nada mostraram, pois não há monitoramento no trajeto entre a recepção e o estacionamento, justamente onde os manobristas circulam. Esse ponto cego é uma falha grave de segurança. A investigação se limitou à checagem das câmeras, ignorando o fato de haver discrepâncias enormes entre o tempo que cada manobrista leva até o estacionamento (de 2 a 9 minutos). A justificativa dada (“pode ser o semáforo”) é inaceitável. Registrei boletim de ocorrência e tive de pagar R$1.166,67 à locadora pela reposição do estepe. Minha esposa, grávida, e eu passamos enorme estresse e perdemos um momento familiar importante. Exijo o reembolso integral de R$2.200,00, incluindo prejuízo, estacionamento e estadia. O mínimo que se espera de um hotel 4 estrelas é segurança e responsabilidade — não descaso diante de um furto sob sua guarda.
