All of our apartments are intended for accommodation, managed from Monday to Monday by a team that works with great care to ensure the best experience for guests!
RULES:
1. Check-in: 14h; Check-out; 12h. If you need something different, let us know in time.
2. Do not smoke or use drugs within the accommodation.
3. The building is residential. Respect moral values, local laws, condominium rules and noise schedule (maximum until 21h).
4. In the common areas do not move with swimsuits or shirtless and do not make excessive noise.
5. Obey local rules, such as disposing of garbage in the appropriate places. If in doubt, ask us.
EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, is on the 2° floor, rear/front view.
It has 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, home items and hot water.
There is parking.
We lend 1 portable cot and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before.
Every 7 days we exchange bed and bath linen, request 1 day before.
In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, opposite the beach and with transport options and trade. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!
CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT
Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 6PM.
If you need early check in or after 6PM, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help!
On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. Let me know as soon as possible if you need something different.
Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for photo documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of LGPD.
Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.
If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!

We can pick you up or drop you off at the airport, port or bus station. We use mid-size sedans and licensed drivers.
We can also take you to the Lakes Region or Costa Verde.
