I had a great experience staying one night at Hotel Riale. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friends. All of them were accommodating and helpful: Francisco and Gabriel were the ones that took care of my check-in, João took our luggage and our check-out was done smoothly by Hugo and his co-worker (forgot his name). They were all exemplary and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at the Riale.. the hotel is a little old but it’s really good.. breakfast is great and the staff is very nice.. the location is great.. metro, grocery store is a waking distance. Actually you can have everything around the hotel.. I would definitely stay at the Riale again..

Okay here is the drop on this hotel. The breakfast is not fire because they're doing pancakes and stuff now but they're not hip to syrup with pancakes but they got a lot of jellies. Fortunate for me I brought log cabin and maple syrup with me as usual. They generally have a very good breakfast but I was surprised to see the addition of pancakes and waffles. My stay was pleasant as usual with this hotel.

EXCELLENT HOTEL.

All right it was a pleasant stay but I have to shout out the maintenance crew. I've noticed in my visits that if there's a problem say like the lights need a new light bulb or something like you need to check the Jacuzzis they fix it that day and when you're gone for the trip to the beach or whatever when you get back is fixed. They started offering a lot more for breakfast too. The staff is wonderful as usual. They seem to be doing a lot of upgrades like the air conditioner in the room. They've been upgraded.

The service at this hotel was excellent from the front desk to the cleaning service. Even when they're a little issues the front desk is on it and solving it. You have a lot of hotels that are good when there are no problems but how are they if there's an issue and in this hotel is no problem cuz they handle them. Their maintenance staff is on point

The stay here was great but a little heads up for when it rains. It is best to go to the store and get either mosquito repellent or bug spray for immediately after a rainy day. And this is for anywhere downtown Rio. Other than that it's very pleasant. There is a lot of shops around the hotel.

Simply Fantastic

Lovely old heritage hotel - could do with a bit of an update, but would rather spend less and have less flashiness. Such incredibly good value - for a central location, metres / feet from the subway - heated pool and steam room, large rooms with separate dining nook and bar fridge, basic breakfast buffet included; the usual WiFi, TV and AC - and excellent service. This will be my go-to for future trips to Rio.

CONSISTENTLY A GREAT HOTEL!

The service is great here and it's a nice hotel. One of the things that may be important to many is that the parking is $r31.50 which on the current race equate to a little under $5.56-$6.00 a day extra.
