"The property was clean, well-maintained, and very convenient to the airport. The front desk staff and the shuttle van driver were both friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet was very good. One suggestion would be to provide additional training for the breakfast attendant. During breakfast, I noticed that tables were not being cleared and cleaned frequently enough, and some guests had to use tables with used dishes still on them. It would also be helpful to label the food and beverage items, such as the different milk options.
My room was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The only other suggestion I have is regarding the towels. The hotel itself was very nice, but the towels seemed a bit worn and could be replaced.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality."
