"I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. We booked their suite which had a king size bed and the room was larger than the other standard rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was there was only one electrical outlet near the bathroom area that I needed for my CPAP machine. They gave me an extension cord. We needed to unplug the tv to use the electrical outlet to charge our phones. Otherwise, it was very nice. "

"Absolutely fantastic and the onsite restaurant has many beautiful peacocks roaming around when we had lunch, what a lovely scene. The room is spacious and full of Spanish architecture style with high ceilings and beautiful furnitures. Staffs are very friendly. Checkin process is a breeze."

"Charming hidden gem around Chautla. One of the best Mision Hotel that I've stayed. The property is beautifully kept. The staff is always there whenever you need something. We felt very cared. Food is delicious at the restaurant. The access from the hotel to the castillo is very convenient. A big applause to the staff doing the leyendas tour, it was excellent!! Definitely a place I would stay again without doubt."

"The only good thing about our stay was that the hotel staff did a good job at cleaning our rooms. The elevator broke and it was down for two days - they stuck us on the 4FL and my elderly parents and I had to walk the stairs. The Room service that they advertised to order foos was non-existent. They did not answer the phones. The wifi went out for about 3 days of our total stay which I needed to utilize for work (The reason I chose that hotel) I will definitely not be staying there again on my return visit to Ixtapaluca. "
