"This place is awesome. My wife and I are avid science fans. She's a Biologist and I'm an avid amateur astronomer. This property was PERFECT for stargazing by night and animal spotting during the day. The unique microbiomes of the areas surrounding the property were so cool... you can really see how the ridgeline biomes differ from the biomes in the deep canyons winding down towards the Frio watershed.All of the appointments in the cabin worked as advertised. We brought a bluetooth speaker and watched scary movies at night. The bathtub was great as was the outdoor seating areas. My wife and I will definitely be staying again!"

"We loved our stay at The Springs Retreat in Leakey! The two-bedroom cabin was beautiful inside, very well furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The property is immaculate — the pool area and creek access are amazing, and the grounds are kept in spotless condition. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay — highly recommended!"

"The grain bin was so unique and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable! There were some games inside, books, DVD's, as well as a Roku you can sign into to watch your streaming services. The kids (ages 4, 8 and 13) all loved exploring around the property, playing corn hole and roasting marshmallows by the fire. There is a small local grocery store about 2 minutes away, but meat is pretty expensive there so I recommend at least bringing your own meat to cook, along with charcoal for the grill. We really enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be back!"

"This cabin and the facility is a GEM ! Right in the middle of every reason you want to visit the area. The cabin is a true definition of Glamping ! Everything you need to enjoy the time. We loved the decor, and the setup. And our dog loved it ! No Problems at all. This is our go to for the Hill country now. Thank you !"
