"I would highly recommend staying at this location. The rooms and the property were great. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They will offer you a gift to go to a timeshare presentation but they were not pushy at all. Matter of fact we enjoyed the presentation. I used to sell timeshare 30 years ago and I went mostly to see a modern presentation. I wish it would have been like it is now back in my day. The presentation was short and the salesman really listened to me. When we told him "no" there was no push and they didn't hold us hostage while they tried to close over and over again. Gave me a much better view of the timeshare industry."

"Just used the basic cabin as a place to crash while solo traveling. It was clean and the setting was pretty but bring your own pillow. "

"Great cabin; very comfortable, and close to Garner State Park and restaurants. Host was very pleasant, and met his Dad at the cabin and he was so very helpful and really nice. I would definitely go back and stay again. Thanks much!"

" The kitchen was fuilly equiped with everything I needed to cook. The ac work very well, and the inside of the cabin was clean. It was very peaceful, just what i wanted. I am sure it gets busy in the summer time, but i chose the right time to make this trip. There was a fire ring outside the cabin as well as a a BQQ grill. The frio river is just a few feet away which was really great. Be sure to bring your own bed sheets, linens, and pillows."

"From beginning to end the property owners were responsive, and they were not lying when they said we would not be disappointed. In the cooler months do yourself a favor and opt for the heated pool. We all had a blast. The large tv outside along with the grill and true smoker had us spending most of the day and night outside. "

"Host was responsive. Location is good, edge of town, occasional highway noise but not bad. Refrigerator door was missing handle. Not fancy but good for a short getaway on the Frio."

"Our host was fantastic! Quick with responses. Cabin was nice. The amount of highway noise was unexpected but after about 8:00pm it dies down dramatically. Overall a great place to stay close to the river and Garner State Park. "
