"Great staff, pool, and beach"

"This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and I am so glad that we stayed here! The condo was perfect for our family (bunk beds for the kids, our own room and bathroom, washer and dryer in unit). The balcony was another favorite feature, with views of the beach and mountains. But the beach was absolutely the most spectacular part, and nicer than the other beaches we visited (Seven seas, Luquillo). There was a coral reef we could snorkel on our own, just a short walk down the beach to the west. The pool was lovely as well (note, the small rectangular pool in the photos is not a hot tub, just a small wading pool). Easy access to El Yunque, great local restaurants, nearby grocery store and other shopping. Both Fajardo and San Juan are easy driving distance as well. The condo had boogie boards, a volleyball, some beach toys, plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella, towels, pretty much everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"We chose this property specifically for its proximity to golf and El Yunque rainforest, both of which we enjoyed, although we were there during a two week deluge of rain and storms. Luis was a great host and communicator and made sure that there would a golf cart available for riding around the immense golf resort property. He also provided ample supplies to deal with potential power outages."

"This villa had everything we needed for our family trip with 4 teenagers. It was super clean, in a beautiful gated community, and the owner was very responsive. "

"Our kids were asking if we could move to PR and work remotely! The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Easy access to pool and beach, both with perfect temperature. We spent hours prowling the beach for shells, the kids loved boogie boarding on the 2 included boards, and you can also walk to a very calm beach which would be good for small children and had a reef with better snorkeling than on the boat trip we did! We also made good use of the covered balcony. The only thing that would have been nice is a dishwasher, but that’s a small thing. We would happily come back! "

"This adorable Spanish style villa was absolutely perfect for our 3 days in Luquillo Beach. Our hosts anticipated every need with a fully stocked kitchen, ample beach supplies (chairs, tent, cooler). The hosts addressed every question and concern immediately. I highly recommend this property or these hosts. "

"Very well kept older home. Extremely well decorated with all the amenities you could one. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. Princess is a Superb hostess and ensured we had a great time. Even my teenage grandsons put their electronics long enough to enjoy and that’s a feat. Thank you! "

"My family stayed here April of 2025. We had the best experience and so far my favorite of all house rentals I've stayed at. The back yard makes you feel like you are in your own private world. The house was very clean and everything was provided. The community is also very safe and quiet. Princess was so communicative and extremely quick to respond. She answered all my questions clearly. When ever there was an issue it was taken care of immediately. I was also here for the island wide blackout and the property generator kicked on right away and saved us. I highly recommend this home away from home."
