"The property was gated and there was assigned parking. It was kept clean. The condominium was clean when we walked in. The host even had little 2024 graduation candy for daughter who graduated from a University. However, the water in the on suite bedroom fluctuated from hot to cold. The light in the refrigerator didn't work, the light in one bedroom went a few days before we left. The host Frances was very nice and communicative, just the bedroom light wasn't fixed due schedule...

"Nice comfortable condo inside! Had everything we needed, and the balcony view of the ocean was amazing! We did not make it down to the beach area, but saw a couple of surfers in the water and an occasional couple strolling … very peaceful. Had it not been raining the mornings we were there it’s an excellent spot to catch a beautiful sunrise. Place was quiet. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions. And the evening security guard was so friendly and hilarious!"

"Great location for us. Close to Luquillo Beach and the kiosks but not right in it. Loved being so close to the water. The unit had everything. Although we ate out for every meal we could have easily cooked as well. The beach equipment came in very handy since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Our hosts were fantastic and were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had. We are already considering another stay as some point in the future."

"Louis is an excellent host! He was extremely responsive and made check-in very easy. We arrived to a clean and spacious condo with a perfect view! Louis had bottled waters in the fridge, snacks and even t shirts for the kids. The location can’t be beat! It’s close to the rainforest, local restaurants and cafes, and right on the beach! It’s an ideal place to experience the authenticity of Puerto Rico while staying in a nice place with many amenities!"

"Great property! Condo has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. Spotless inside (the fridge is the only thing that needs to be changed), a/c kept everything cool, lots of room. Great location right on the beach (beach chairs and coolers provided), wonderful calm beach, great for long walks. Market across the street, close to El Yunque, convenient location (to get back to the airport). Highly recommend this condo!"

"Our family took a trip to Puerto Rico last week and it was unbelievable to say the least!! We traveled with 17 family members ranging from 2 to 72 and rented four units in the complex. Our unit was spacious, clean, and luxurious. Lucia was wonderful to work with she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!! Highly recommend this amazing place!"

"Nice place for hanging out after exploring Luquillo. Playa Azul is behind the studio, about three blocks. A very quick drive, 5 minutes, to El balneario Monserrate and the kioskos. You can also go to la plaza del pueblo on the other side. It's an easy drive to El Yunque. The place is cozy and clean with everything you need to prepare a meal, clean up and get a good sleep. The pool access is a plus too. My family enjoyed it. We definitely recommend it!"

"We stayed in the apartment on the 18th floor and all I can say about the view is WOW! Waking up and walking out to the living room to hear the waves crashing against the beach and to watch the sun rise over the ocean is truly a sight to see. There was a perfect amount of space for our family of 5. To save a little money, we shopped at the local supermarket and bought stuff to make breakfast and lunches, but we ate out a different restaurants each night for dinner. "This place is amazing. Once we checked in, we instantly inquired about an extension. We could not stay for just 1 night. You have everything you need to escape from reality here. The beach is amazing to walk during low tide and when it’s high tide, the kayak is there to use. The pool (jacuzzi) was relaxing. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again."
