"Everything was good"

"This had to be the most disappointing. Stay at the Embassy suites so far. This is our normal go to hotel. When we are in Albuquerque. However, this time everything was a wreck.. unfortunately this hotel will be on time out with us for a good long while."

" The floors still had trash under the recliner and the bed, no remote for the second TV in the bedroom, no dishes available upon checking into the room. Had to go down every time to the front desk to get what we needed, also no hair dryer readily available in the restroom had to go down the following morning with wet hair to ask for a hair dryer not even as much as a glass cup or paper towel napkins were available to us in our room everything you had to go and ask for at the front desk I spent most of my time up and down the elevator getting what I needed will not stay here again"

"Great location on Route 66. Staff were friendly. Good selection in mini-frig."

"STAYED HERE MANY TIMES AND THE ONLY THING THAT STOPPED IT FROM BEING 5 STARS IS THE 2 HOUR GRUNTING SOUNDS FROM UPSTAIRS THAT THE TV COULD NOT EVEN DROWN OUT!!"
