Felipe at front desk was so wonderful and helpful. He made sure we got everything we needed and it was late inthe evening after a long day of traveling from Miami, FL. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Hallway carpet stain and had trash on them need spit cleaned and daily vacuum No internet for 4 nights my husband ou had to pay our phone carrier almost $100 to use our phone and internet. Every day I went to the office I was told they were working on the internet at the end I was told someone would reimburse me for the inconvenience. At checkout I was given a card to contact someone.

We stayed one night since we had an early flight. The stuff was attentive, the room and overall hotel was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. They had transportation arranged for us at 4:30 am which was very convenient.
