"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Great unique and quirky loft space. Very central right opposite Minster Cathedral. The bells rang for about an hour on the Sunday midmorning, but don't know if that is a regular thing. The loft was cosy and warm. Too warm at times but you can adjust the heating. "Location was perfect for walking to any of the major attractions, yet was very quiet and calm. Probably one of the cleanest places we've been to. Very organized and responsive host. We appreciated how well it was set up for guests. Read the host's instructions carefully and you'll be fine. However, I'm glad my husband was there to help access the key to check in, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to."
