"Really close to Bootham Bar and everything that is inside the walls. Very warm welcome from friendly and helpful staff and even though my room was over the main road, noise didn't bother me. The room "York Theatre" was very well appointed with everything you'd need. Good size with a large en-suite and a lovely comfy bed. I'd definitely recommend staying here. "

" Everything one needed was provided however the Inn as an older property is I am sure still work in progress. We felt it was a great location and were impressed by helpful friendly staff. Good value! "

"I was staying in the property for four nights, spending most days sightseeing. For a double room it was a bit cramped, but for a single traveller on a tight budget perfectly sufficient. The room was equipped with an electric kettle and a mini-fridge, which was convenient for a few day stay. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay.
