"We were able to get into our room early which was a bonus. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and shower was great. We opted for the included breakfast option which was really good. Hot and cold items and lots of selection. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We were able to walk to almost every place we wanted. It is also on the City Sightseeing red bus route (between stops 5 and 6) which we took advantage of. Also it was only a 15(ish) minute walk to the train station. Would recommend and definitely stay again."
"Grest value for money.Room was clean and whilst the hotel rooms are a little dated they were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the free parking is a bonus in tourist magnet Harrogate."

"This hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location! The breakfast room/restaurant room is absolutely stunning!!
The bedrooms are beautiful too, with a great en-suite and comfortable bed. The only things that let it down are the really bad wi-fi (not great when you’re trying to look up routes for exploring the area or restaurants to go to) and no mini fridge in the room (mainly for medication that needs to be refrigerated). If those could be fixed this place would be perfect!!!"
