Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. "

"Great location and fabulous breakfast - home made granola is my favourite, breakfast is a winner always at malmaison. Our room was big and very comfortable and the hotel is pet friendly. "

"Clean comfortable 18th floor room in a great location. Well equipped small kitchen area. Nice to have a fridge with a couple of bottles of water and milk. Room was quiet at night. The only thing I would change is to be able to open a window. The AC is good but fresh air would have been nice. Would recommend. "
