"Selv om det var et lavkosttilbud, synes vi standarden var veldig slitt. Ingen ekstra rengjøring etter Calimaen. Sand overalt. Heller ingen info om skalking av dører/vinduer i forbindelse med Calimaen. Liten vannlekkasje under vask på badet, som tiltrekker kakerlakker. Kun tildelt en boks med insektspray av vaskehjelpen, for bekjempelse av kakerlakker. Vi fikk avlivet/fjernet et par store kakerlakker. Ingen respons på henvendelsen om kakerlakkene til kontaktperson. Rot med nøkler. Vi var avhengig...

Hotel Gran Canaria Princess - Adults Only (+16)

8/10 Good

"The hotel was great, super friendly staff and a great pool area, great sized rooms and lovely bathroom. It’s also in a great location for the beach and the Yumbo centre. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzis and gym were all great facilities and loved using them. A few improvements would’ve made it brilliant: - The food was great the first few nights but went a bit downhill. I’d recommend going earlier, everytime we went later the food felt like it was still defrosting or had a post-frozen taste. It was also cold some nights. Dessert was really limited too. Loved the breakfast. - Could have done with a free water fill station. Also a free soft drink at dinner would’ve been nice for half board. We had to pay even for water, which wasn’t ideal. - The fridges in the room aren’t even slightly cold, and having to buy drinks made this not ideal. - An iron would have been appreciated. - The pool music could do with regular updates, but that’s super minor. Overall loved our stay, the improvements didn’t impact the overall vibe and it’s a great hotel."

"I booked a superior supreme view of front pool area. What I received was a room too far from elevators and very confusing to find. The view of pool was a little side pool. This was not what I paid for and no staff responded for my request to change. The property is nice but difficult for an older person to get around."

"The peers at the front desk are amazing, Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times."

"Beautifully renovated modern hotel, near the historic center. We were there 4 days and only got housekeeping 1 time. If you missed your chance for housekeeping, they did not come back. Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china."

"Finally found the perfect family hotel. The location is superb with nice restaurants nearby and little Venice at Port Mogan. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and the facilities are great. It just works. Nice big pool which is relaxed for kids with floats. The kids could go around safely to the pool and the room. They made lots of friends as lots of English people here. The breakfast is great and the snack bar/on site restaurants are good as well and extremely reasonable price wise. We moved to another hotel during our trip after our stay ended here and we wish we had stayed at the Radisson for our entire holiday! Highly recommended."

"Feels a bit harsh not to give it as what I going to moan about really can't be helped It's situated on a main road so being on the balcony can be noise and down by the pool you are getting fumes from the road. It's centre based tho so to be expected. Room was great and clean - didn't find it dated like some suggest. Plenty of sun loungers and staff especially housekeeping where very friendly. Suppose the question is would I go back there and the answer is yes. Supposedly a star rating lower to a local hotel within the same brand. You wouldn't know it. 👏 Breakfast was the buffet was all know and love these days."

"The place was super cozy and clean! The staff were all friendly! The room was large and got great sunlight. The pool was also large and the temperature was fantastic, not too cold! The happy hours and evening shows were so much fun, and food was tasty and well priced. My only complaint is that the wifi was absolutely horrible, as it rarely would connect and made it hard for me as I was traveling from the United States. My friend from Ireland also couldn't connect most of the time. So that was a bummer, but everything else was wonderful! Will definitely be back!"
