"Booked the hotel with a good expectation to at least provide mentioned in hotel details and there are plenty which I can give as review. Staff didnt know what does "accessible rooms " mean and I booked for one though it wasnt setup with required stuff. I booked two family rooms and there was missing fridge from one room. They had high tea in evening and it was a mess, total 15 chairs to sit and more than 100 guest at one time, it was a long queue and they were not able to serve more than once after waiting for 30 mins in queue. Restaurant denied to service the dinner in room as they were planning to sell buffet. The guests who did not opt for breakfast and decided to take that on the spot, staff had no etiquette when to ask how to ask, rather checking 1:1, waiting for breakfast to finish, they interrupted everyone and made embarrass."

"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone to come back and acknowledge us. The property is nothing like the photos. Inside it feels dated and cheap, and it’s not nearly as clean as the listing suggests. For what they charge, this is unacceptable. There are far better options in Rishikesh. Avoid."

"The view is anazing. Everything else is not so good. This is the 4th and last visit. It has been getting worse and worse. I had to buy Detol and cloths to clean the bathroom, it smelt mouldy. The 2 boys tried to be helpful but the hotel is being run down. They have outsourced the food so you cant just buy Chi. You have to buy food with it and on Tuesday they wanted me to break my fast so I could have Chi. Very sad."

"The third day of my stay the electricity went out. They did not have an adequate generator to address this. Staff acted like there was nothing that could be done. Electricity was out for the majority of the day."

"The pictures on Expedia sites are a bit misleading as there is no way that you can see The Ganga from your balcony and the games room pictures are from their other hotel up the road. Having said that, we did sleep well and the breakfast was okay. "

"Location is amazing… very peaceful and right next to the ghat, which connects to Triveni Ghat. Perfect for aarti or just sitting by the river at night. But the room description is misleading, especially for the price you pay. They mention “lake view with balcony,” and honestly, I don’t understand what made them write lake view—there is no lake, it’s the Ganga river. Also, there is no private balcony in any room, just a common one outside the main lobby. So book accordingly and don’t expect a balcony room. Basics like bucket/mug, Wi-Fi details, and drinking water were also not provided upfront. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but these things definitely need to be fixed."
