"Emilia stands out as being an exemplary employee. She was so professional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She speaks English perfectly and accommodated all our needs. The roads were flooded due to flash floods, and she went out of her way to help us out with transportation. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a special place, though the food options are limited if you are a vegetarian/pescatarian. We are grateful for the care we received during our stay. "

The interior was beautiful, the rooms everything you could wish for. The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to make your stay the best experience it could be. "The B&B was wonderful. 5-stars, no question. The grounds are gorgeous with a great guy who maintains the plants and trees! The pool and heated pool are also a great asset. I swam in the pool, it was immaculate!! Reception and staff were attentive, multi-lingual, so helpful when I needed some support and extremely communicative. Mauricio bent over backwards to assist me. The food and wine selection are 5-stars as well. As a B&B, the breakfast foods offered are fresh and prepared perfectly. But I found that this place had a dinner menu that could rival most of the finer restaurants in Mendoza. So, beautiful accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, great wine offerings and deliciously prepared food…. I was lucky to find this place and will recommend to anyone willing to hear me. Go here, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Oh yeah, their dogs are amazingly friendly and add a very homey feel. "

"Highly recommend! Very beautiful views of the Andes mountains, and a nice outdoor hot tub and private patio area that face the Andes mountains. Staff was friendly and on-site restaurant was delicious. It was like a little oasis in the middle of Uco Valley."

"We had such a peaceful stay at Posada Salentein. The rooms are very quiet and generously sized. Beds are comfy. The restaurant was lovely with a fabulous breakfast selection offered each morning. Staff were lovely. The dinner menu for our stay was quite limited with only 3 items to choose for mains, with no vegetarian option. The trout main was outstanding! The pool was lovely however could use a refresh. Water quality was perfect nonetheless. Salentein could be even better with an activity offering of cooking class or Spanish lesson for example. A small gym or games room would fill out the day nicely. The winery tour was enjoyable and the art gallery a lovely addition. "
