"The shuttle was not available, and we left before the breakfast. Toilet plugged and phones in the room don't work so I had to walk to the office, and they said I had to fix it myself and pointed out the plunger. Would not stay there again."

"This is one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. There was no soundproofing. We could hear every room door on the 1st floor plus the outside door open and close. We could hear ppl in the neighboring room and also ppl in the lobby playing pool. It was awful. I have stayed in other Tru Hotels in WI and didn’t have this problem. Hilton really skimped on the construction. I won’t be staying at Tru ever again"

"Everything was wonderful. Especially Karrington at the front desk. She went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. She even made time for engaging conversations. She is a true asset to the organization. "
