"good place to stay"

"I rate our stay a 2. We were in town for a memorial for my husband's mother. Got in late (12am) on night and needed fresh towels for the morning showers since housekeeping didn't take care of our entire trip. Devin was a little too legalistic with your "rules" and wouldn't give me towels until I brought him the dirty ones from our room? At 12am? I had to go to the room and gather the dirty towels and bring them back down to the front desk before I could get fresh towels? I was exhausted from the days events and this was the cherry on the cake! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Additionally, the tubs should have anti-slip mats in the tub shower provided in the room and not some obscure sticker on the mirror informing of the option at the front desk. I nearly killed myself with a slippery tub! Lawsuit waiting to happen! The beds were not comfortable and the room stunk like body odor and a musty smell the entire time. Not happy customers."

"This property was perfect for our work event. It is nicely spread out to provide different venues for meetings. The bedrooms were also quite nice and the kitchen was well stocked, perfect for working lunches. Would definitely recommend this property to others. The hosts were excellent! Thank you! "
