"We didnt use the gym we did use the pool it was warmer on the weekend then it was Thursday night but we was happy our room was perfect on the main floor there was very friendly staff I’ll continue to book them when in the area "

"I thought I had found a place to always stay in Jacksonville. However, this trip has made me rethink that. It all started with the receptionist telling me she was including a blue card with my room key that would open the side doors. We came in late Friday night and had to park on the side, I thought, that's ok I can open this side door and not have to walk around to the front. The blue card didn't work. So we go up to the room to take a shower and turn in for the night. Then, no hot water. The next morning I get up and there is one coffee pod that was med roast, the others were all decaf. We spoke to one of the girls cleaning the rooms and she said she would put some coffee in the room. She did do that, she didn't change sheets or make the bed, just coffee, there was no kleenex either but that's all she agreed to I suppose. So I check my email Sunday morning and I got a message to check out online. That didn't work either. I go down to the front desk to check out and was presented with a bill after I already pre paid online. I rarely write bad reviews, but for the prices nowadays, I was very disappointed. I most likely will be looking elsewhere on our next trip to Jacksonville. "

"Got there and told us the The room we reserved was overbooked; they gave us a small room and we are all tall people. Had to get and pay for an extra room because we didnt fit. They told me it was a "system" mistake and ended up having to pay for their system's flaw...Not fair. Rooms are VERY dark, only one lamp working. "

"The house is great and there is plenty of space and amenities for a family get together. "

"It was a beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room for our large party! We especially loved the beautiful lake views, sunsets, and hot tub! The kitchen was accommodating and we had a lot of fun in the theater and game room. There were a limited number of towels, and we had wished there was more of that and better "mood" lighting in the living room. Thank you for having us!"

"Nasty! Extreme amount of mold. This house shouldn’t be allowed to host guest. Dangerous staircase. Curtains not in the walls properly and falling. Roaches on the dishes. No central heat and air. Do not book here! "
