I forgot to note his name, but he was very polite, honest and professional throughout my check-in and check-out process. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because the bathrooms could do with a deeper clean and update but as I only had a 1 night stay, it was doable."

"1. Bathroom hand washing liquid was leaking but couldn’t fix the issue until I showed them the root cause ( bottle was leaking ) 2. The took the soiled towel but didn’t replenish with new ones on last day while checking out. Could be a silly mistake but didn’t ruin my shower experience for sure! "
