"Clean and tidy. Just what we needed for our brief stay. Full kitchen but limited pots/pans and other kitchen essentials if you want to self-cater rather than eat out."

"no tissues in bathroom and no bench around sink for toiletries, chair in lounge was unsuitable for an adult. no sky tv, otherwise ok"

"This is an exceptional hotel and residence for some people. The rooms are very large with closets and kitchens and balcony with ocean view. The rooms also have a washer and dryer which for travelers is a wonderful thing. Highly recommend and you'll hit a homerun."

"I will be coming back, beautiful rooms."

"Such a lovely change from the usual! We loved sitting on the porch looking out onto the beautiful rolling countryside. Nights were quiet and dark. TV/WIFI were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was cozy, but fine. Queensize bed. Excellent communication. Fine parking. Only minus for us was that the sheets were of linen ... not a pleasant skin feel for me."

"Lovely warm clean room perfect location. Would happily stay again"

"깨끗하고,조용하고,마누카뷰가 너무 좋아요"

"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

"Great location"

"The property was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. We were especially pleased that they were willing to store our luggage for three days while we went to the south island. Thank you for a fantastic experience"

"Cozy little studio with an awesome view of the farm. Comfortable bedding, sweet little lounge and kitchen facilities. 10mins drive to Helensville supermarket. We stayed 2 nights while attending a wedding at Kumeu Valley Estate. "

"Excellent"

"I expected a 1 bedroom suite and I got upgraded with a three bedroom suite with a nice balcony and view. I can’t complain. The place was clean, reasonably priced and convenient. I would stay again."
